In 1991, he co- wrote and taught “Certified Estate Specialist”, the first course in the area of estate transitions and which may have been the inspiration for later courses such as Accredited Senior Agent and Senior Real Estate Specialist - both of which he has taken. Gordon’s is the exclusive trainer for Certified Relocation and Transition Specialist in Canada.

Alicia Gordon, Partner and Real Estate Sales Representative, CRTS, SRES, GPPA
Alicia has been a licensed realtor for over 15 years, as well as certified personal Property Appraiser. Combining her many talents, Alicia has become a forerunner in the Senior services industry and works as a real estate and transition specialist. Alicia specializes in serving the unique needs of people who are going through transitions in their lives. Alicia is a Rotarian, Chamber member and served as a board member with the Seniors Association for 6 years as well as the OASIS program and KGH.

Manson is a graduate of the Certified Relocation and Transition Specialist (CRTS) program, a Rose Award Recipient and an Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate. Manson is a course instructor for the CRTS program and teaches all over Canada. He has also taught for the National Auctioneers Association.

Taimi Post, Business Development Manager, CRTS
Taimi Post joined the Gordon’s Estate Services team in January 2017 as Business Development Manager. With over 25 years of experience in the senior living industry, Taimi enjoys the role of helper to ensure that the client’s needs are the focus of business decisions. She spends time to understand a client’s life story and legacy to set up the right combination of services to problem solve and help the client through their time of transition.
Taimi is in the final stages of completing her degree in Social Work and recently completed her exam as a Certified Relocation and Transition Specialist (CRTS).

Cathy Gordon, Estate Services Coordinator, CRTS, CPPA
Cathy joined the Gordon’s Estate Services team in September 1992. Cathy works closely with our customers and helps them through every aspect of their transition. She has obtained her Certified Relocation and Transition Specialist (CRTS) designation and teaches the CRTS course all over Canada. Cathy also graduated from the Canadian Personal Property Appraisers Group (CPPAG) in 2006.
Over the years she has participated in countless successful fundraising events as a team member of Gordon’s, as well as personally. She and husband Bill have two grown daughters, a son, and a three grandchildren.

Julie joined the Gordon's Estate Services team in 2015. With a diverse background in interior design, early childhood education and senior move management Julie brings experience and enthusiasm to our customers.
Having lived and volunteered in Brazil, Guatemala and Barbados Julie is passionate about giving back to different communities and is excited to call Kingston home.

Heather Gordon, Downsizing and Estate Services Consultant, CRTS, BComm
Heather joined the Gordon's Estate Services team in January 2017. Heather meets with customers to explain our services and to help them make a downsizing plan. She also helps to manage overall project execution to ensure customer satisfaction with their downsize experience. Heather has a BComm from Queen's University, holds the Certified Relocation and Transition Specialist (CRTS) certification and is registered with RECO as a Realtor. For the past 15 years Heather has worked in the project/operations management and customer relationship management fields in various capacities. Heather is excited to join the dynamic team at Gordon's Estates Services and to be able to do such rewarding work everyday, helping people navigate what can be a challenging life transition.

Nicky is originally from Kitchener-Waterloo and relocated to Kingston in April 2011. She joined the Gordon’s team that same month. A Sociology graduate from the University of Waterloo, Nicky has a background in Marketing, Sales and Public Relations with 15+ years experience in the field. Nicky began as the Gordon's Marketing Coordinator and gained her Real Estate Licence in 2016. She currently oversees different aspects of customer care, contract execution and marketing of properties and the Gordon's Estate Services message.

Laura was raised in the small farming community of Stone Mills Township. She has lived in Ottawa, Peterborough and Kingston while gaining; a B.A. in English, an Education Assistant Diploma and a Law Clerk Diploma. She moved to Kingston armed with a positive outlook, and eagerness to help others. Laura is very excited to be a part of the Gordon's Team, where she will be coordinating showing requests, customer care and all other Administrative duties.
