Gordon’s Downsizing & Estate Services provides peace of mind through our one-stop-shop real estate solutions for downsizers, estate trustees, and powers of attorneys. Presently, we are looking for a licensed realtor interested in joining our growing professional team of Listing Managers. In this role, you will be responsible for the management and execution of all aspects of our real estate sale process for clients assigned to you by the Company (with expert mentorship and guidance provided by our team). As a team, we deliver an exceptional experience for our clients who are often overwhelmed by the idea of downsizing or settling an estate.
You are:
A newly licensed real estate agent or someone who has had their license for a while but may not have made a living trading in real estate yet
Someone who is looking to play with dolphins vs swim with sharks
More interested in a steady income in real estate with more controllable working hours and all expenses paid vs traditional brokerage environments
Potentially someone who has relevant past experience such as: project management, customer service representative, social / case worker, administrative coordinator, etc.
Someone that believes in values like: listening first, being compassionate, being health conscious, providing real expertise, and delivering positive outcomes
You are looking for:
A team that, as a team, provides unparalleled value to downsizers or estate executors at a difficult time in their lives
A flexible schedule with ability to set regular working hours
A slower pace than a typical real estate salesperson (though may have some intense bursts) with an estimated 35hrs of effort per file to take it from start to finish.

Guaranteed, steady, income of ~$40K-$60K+ annually (before taxes) based on the volume of listings you are likely to manage in your first year
Additional compensation via our team bonus pool
~$60K to $150K total steady income range in years 2-3 depending on the pace of life you want - all without needing to market yourself. You just need to deliver our exceptional process
Job Description
Overview
As a Real Estate Listing manager for Gordon’s Downsizing & Estate Services, you will be responsible for all aspects of managing the real estate relationship with our client including:
Initial meeting to get to know the client, understand their goals and timelines
Property walkthrough, taking memory photos, and note taking to document unique attributes and infrastructure items
Analysis and review of industry data to provide trusted advice on pricing
Preparing a comprehensive, industry-leading buyer information package
Executing our predictable sales process
Managing the offer presentation process
Supporting the client through to closing
Keeping the team and stakeholders informed of progress updates via emails, calls, weekly team check ins, and notes in our client management software systems.
As a Real Estate Sales Representative, in addition to your Listing Manager duties, you will have the opportunity to make additional income via commissions from leads provided to you by the
Company and/or through your Listing Manager duties as well as your network. Income earned through Buyer and Seller agency relationships must follow our trusted process.

You will serve far more customers in your first year with us than the average realtor has in 3 years, but your compensation will reflect that of an employee on a team versus being a one person show
You will learn how to price and sell real estate across a large geography

Required Qualifications and Experience
A valid Ontario Salesperson or Broker real estate license
Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
Ability to provide regular supporting hours 4-5 days a week
Able to attend client visits in person as desired by the client
Satisfactory background check
The ability to travel up to 2 hours from your home (as required)
COVID Vaccination (and willingness to get ongoing boosters as may be required)
Preferences
Complicated and/or sensitive customer service experience (medical professional, contractor, mechanic, funeral home associate, etc.)
Knowledge of software platforms such as G-Suite, Trello, Zoom, Docusign.
