First, you’ll meet with our leadership team who will listen to you and help you determine your high-level goals and a plan of action. If you agree, you will sign a contract at this stage.

Our team lead will meet with you to listen and review your goals in detail.  They will then outline a plan that will deliver on your goals and get your feedback before taking action.

Your Team Lead & Transition Specialists will oversee all elements of the process so that you can focus on what matters: you and your loved ones. We create a floorplan of your new home, then manage the sorting, packing, unpacking, cleaning, shipping, selling, donating, and disposal of any items that you won’t take with you. We also schedule and manage any required third parties, such as auctioneers, movers, cleaners, and waste disposal companies.

Your Team Leads and Transition Team will move your belongings into your new home, and ensure everything is settled just the way you want it - furniture placed, bed made, pictures hung, clothes away, and boxes removed. Although this typically happens before the real estate sale to reduce the impact of the sale process, we can make arrangements to do it in the opposite order if required.

Our Real Estate Team determines the best way to market your home and prepare it for sale. Once we have your agreement on the approach, we list the home and manage the sale process. We receive unsolicited positive feedback on how great the real estate process was not only from clients but also from the agents representing the potential buyers of the property who thought our process was seamless and professional.

Once your downsize has been completed with you moved and your previous home sold and closed, we discuss the outcome with you. Because we managed your downsize from end to end, we take full responsibility for your end-to-end satisfaction.
