Salary Range

$50,000 - $75,000 per year

No prospecting. No cold calling. No out-of-pocket costs.

The role

As a Listing Manager, you will manage the full real estate process for clients assigned to you, including:

  • Leading client meetings and understanding goals
  • Property walkthroughs and documentation
  • Pricing analysis and market research
  • Preparing buyer packages and executing our sales process
  • Managing offers and guiding clients through to closing
  • Keeping clients and team members informed throughout

You will be fully trained on our proven systems and processes and are expected to follow them consistently to ensure a high quality client experience.

Compensation

  • $50,000–$75,000 yearly
  • Additional compensation through team bonus pool
  • Optional additional commissions from personal leads (if desired)
  • Clear path to increased earnings as you gain experience and take on more files

What your work life looks like

  • Approximately 35 hours of work per file from start to finish
  • No open houses or lead generation required
  • Work hours are generally Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends depending on client needs
  • Focused, meaningful work, no wasted effort on marketing or prospecting
  • Structured workflow, no need to generate your own business or work in isolation

Requirements

  • Valid Ontario real estate license (or currently in the process of obtaining one)
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (required for travel within the role)
  • Ability to work 5 days per week plus occasional nights and weekends
  • Willingness to travel up to 150km (as needed)
  • Willingness to follow a proven, structured process, with full training provided, and work effectively within a collaborative environment
