He also made it possible within 4 hours to have a $2,000 cheque available to cover unexpected costs from Frank’s medical needs not covered under OHIP. Barry was up front regarding all costs and breakdowns of costs, which included handouts. Cathy and her team came to our rescue again assisting with items that the clean up found in the attic which we never thought to check, money was found, etc. Again, the compassion of ‘all’ of your staff and their honesty, very up beat and friendly atmosphere made us feel we were not being taken, which is huge in our books.”
