Welcome to Wellington Place, where this spacious approximately 950 sq. ft. two-bedroom suite offers something increasingly difficult to find: room to live, an impressive downtown location and spectacular 18th-floor views.
The generous layout provides two well-proportioned bedrooms, a full bathroom and a bright living and dining area opening onto a private balcony overlooking Kitchener. The size of this suite gives you the flexibility to create comfortable living, dining, work-from-home and entertaining spaces without the compromises often associated with condominium living. The kitchen provides plenty of workspace and storage, while the large living areas and expansive windows bring in an abundance of natural light.
From the 18th floor, the views extend across the city and provide a wonderful backdrop both day and night. Wellington Place offers an impressive selection of amenities, including an indoor pool, fitness facilities, sauna, party room and beautifully maintained common areas.
Underground parking is included, and the monthly condominium fee includes heat, hydro and water, offering a level of convenience and predictability that is increasingly difficult to find. And the location is hard to beat.
Step outside and you’re minutes from downtown Kitchener’s restaurants, cafés, shopping, transit, Victoria Park, universities and the city’s growing entertainment and cultural scene. If you’ve been looking for a substantial two-bedroom condo in the heart of Kitchener, with exceptional views and the space to actually live comfortably, this is one you won’t want to overlook.
